Faith has been with the company for several years but since April 2012, her sole responsibility is sharing her world with FM, a very special lady who depends on Faith for all her daily activities, her care requirements, meeting all her physical and emotional needs and most importantly, keeping the joy in her life on a daily basis. Faith has now become a part of FM’s family all of whom continuously remind her of their gratitude for all her work. But it is much more than work for Faith. She brings an unmistakable joy and purpose to all she does and shares that not only with her beloved client and her family, but also with many of the staff at the lovely facility where she lives. Faith was recently asked by the facility leadership to participate in a program where she would speak on the topic of “being a caregiver”. Who better? We are so very happy to have Faith bring her special gifts to this client and her family very day.

Lovelace had just finished a case when I asked her if she had ever been to Maine. She gave me one of her famous huge smiles, jumped up and down in sheer joy. “MAINE! I’m going to Maine?? Never been there.” She then met her new client AG and it was love at first sight! By July they were off to Maine to Ann’s family’s beautiful old summer house. With the sea a short walk away, the beautiful gardens and mountains nearby, she and her client had a truly wonderful summer, seeing the sights, eating lots of lobster, enjoying tines with AG’s wonderful family. Every day brought new and joyful learning experiences for Lovelace and AG delighted in her company and her daily care of her and constant companionship, They have returned to AG’s home in a lovely Assisted living Facility in Southbury and are re discovering the activities there now. There is nothing more gratifying to all of us than a perfect caregiver/client match. It seems we have all hit a home run with Lovelace and AG!
