It is a myth that any successful company owes its achievements to just one person. At Always There, we have always been a team. Our caregivers, our oversight folks in the field and our office support folks all work together to meet the needs of clients and caregivers on a daily basis.

Rarely has this been more challenging than during the recent absence of Regina, the company owner. Usually a hands on manager, Regina had her days full with the help of our support people.

However her recent surgery and need to spend time on recovery limits her ability for leadership tasks.

Mabel Gonzalez, Always There’s Coordinator of Client Services, has more than risen to this particular challenge. She has expertly handled clients’ concerns, caregiver scheduling, recruitment of large numbers of new employees, and the monumental pile of everyday tasks necessary to keep Always There thriving in an increasingly complex environment.

Mabel expertly juggles everyday challenges along with routine activities with the also important demands of an active bright three-year-old son, Christian.

We are never sure when she has time to take a break for herself, especially during these challenging times but now more than ever we appreciate her extraordinary expertise, ability to think on her feet, be creative in her solutions and tireless in her efforts.

We are always amazed at Mabel’s level of energy and professionalism but never more than today when she has her first solo run at management.
